Hi I have another thread about an engine I own that was brought from a chap on Ducati Sporting club forum. There is massive confusion to what I own and I know the chap broke the bike up and sold as he decided to do something else Someone has found a thread about it on the Sporting club forum and posted it in my thread ... The chap has Pm,d previous owner. I just wondered if there was anyway I could be put untouch with the chap who may have info on the bike as I now have an unknown quantity of an engine and I really need to know what I was sold I hope some one can help .

I'd say its a pantah engine. Similar to my Cagiva elefant engine. Mine has a different clutch cover. If it is water cooled It could be out of a paso.
I have some Indiana covers which are Caviga .. On a happy note those belt covers if I take them off should be metal ! I wanted metal covers ... I just wish someone had not painted it black
