Ducati V4 Pikes Peak Tpms Sensor Programming

  1. Hi everyone, after replacing the tires on my V4, the dashboard started showing a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensor fault. This is a fairly common issue. When TPMS sensors are removed and reinstalled, the ECU may fail to detect them, which triggers a fault warning.

The solution is to reprogram the sensor. Some aftermarket sensors require manual activation, while OEM sensors typically don’t — they just need to be reprogrammed using a diagnostic tool with TPMS programming capability. Once the reprogramming is complete, the fault on the dashboard should clear automatically.
