I have just had some items plated so threw in a few fastners that were lurking in the drawers. Looking at the Dzus clips, they have differing markings, per photo, or orientation if the stamp. Anyone know why. No reason to ask, just curiosity.
Anyone know a supplier of Dzus which only point to the right? Going to have to go through my bike with a fine-tooth comb now.
I only ask because the girlf and I had a bit of a falling out last Friday which meant that she didn't come over for the weekend as usual. This in turn led to me spending Saturday afternoon brainstorming ideas for the design of a headlight unit for my S4 special. This in turn led to me sellotaping two tea-lights to a rear mudguard and then taping it to the front of my M796, before WhatsApping the pic to the (doubtless bemused) guy who is doing the engineering for me. I was also going to stick two ibuprofen tablets in the little holes at the top to stand in for little LED indicators, but; 1. I could only find oval shaped Ibuprofen in my medicine tin. 2. He’d probably think I’d finally lost my mind. See.... that is what happens when a man is left to his own devices.
We will need to work out some way of shielding the tea lights though, or else they’ll just keep blowing out
