  1. Hi All, fairly recently i sold a kitchen item ( a blender) on ebay, it was posted on 2nd September and the tracking history shows it was delivered to the buyer on 4th September. The buyer is saying that she has not received it and has opened a case with ebay, i should add that i used the postage label provided by Ebay...has anyone had a similar experience and if so how was it resolved, i have a feeling the buyer is trying it on, where do i stand?...TIA.

  2. If you used ebays postage label your covered. Give them a ring...they should sort it out there and then...

  3. Does the tracking detail show a pic of the item being delivered to a person or to a doorstep?
A big issue with the 'knock and run' policy recently adopted many couriers, is it's open to abuse by the buyer claiming to not received the item, or 'porch pirates' nicking the item from doorsteps, thus leaving the buyer, seller and platform provider to sort it out.
IME ebay customer services are fairly helpful, although often bias toward the buyer.

  4. Thanks...tracking details do not show a pic of it being dropped off, all it says is it was left in a secure porch at a precise time, also does anyone have a phone number i can use to contact Ebay customer services?, i cant seem to find a number on their site.
