How do these differ from standard discs eg the brembos on my 748? Will they fit the 748 and can you use ordinary pads with them?

They're quite a bit lighter* than the OEM Brembo's fitted to the 748 Bip's, are "Full Floaters", they'll fit and use almost whatever pads you wish to use.
*IIRC they're about 11 or 12 oz's lighter.
