Other than the termi, has anyone tried a different end can? The options I see are: Akra, Remus, Arrow. Any experience of them? The Remus looks pretty good to me, but I like the sound of the Arrow cans.
You won't get any decent Ducati v twin bark with the cat in situ ! Akropovic is my favourite looks wise, but it's quieter than the stock Dvt exhaust can ! Unless you are just wanting to change for aesthetics, I wouldn't bother.

Mark Hill Exhausts - great guy - brilliant quality - will make it fit - and really - really cost effective. his website is not so hot but facebook has plenty of good examples. I am on my second termi and didn't want to spend $$ with OEM can as old had started to split. Spend about hundred quid on a new one with mark all in....could have gone for titanium etc...but even then cheaper than ducati. recommend if you looking have the time to be really picky and may save moneis. bugs
