Engine paint colour.

  1. Just bought a 2007 Monster S2R 1000

    It had the usual engine paint flaking but the previous owner BRUSH painted with bright silver.

    I want to strip this silver pain off and spray it (on the bike) with a more suitable cover.

    Anyone sprayed their motor and if so, what colour did you find was the best match?

  2. Is it the same grey colour as the aircooled Multis? If so RS Paints now have a decent match since they replicated a sample I took in.
