  8. RIP, the Cocky Craftney. He was a monster player of darts and great to watch on the telly, with his skill and attitude.

    Another hero from my youth gone.

  12. i shared a couple of words with him at the bar of Caesars Palace aberdeen about 20 odd years ago. friendly enough. i didnt recognize him until the bar lady pointed it out after he left. big fella btw.

  13. Very sad, he was a character, he used to pop into a local pub and was always friendly, had a couple of heavies close by though.

  16. Legend! There's not many sports you can become world number one and world champion six times whilst chuffing on a cigarette and drinking a pint. 60 far too young. RIP.
