Have an intermediate error code 23.1 exhaust valve, bike runs fine seems to come and go, anything to worry about?
If the 848 has a similar set up to the Multistrada, the flap mechanism in the exhaust needs freeing up. WD40 and a wire brush should solve it. Andy
Is this what I need to free up? Bike didn't move for its first 3 years, it runs fine but error codes aren't clearing...
Yes that's the EXBV. Personally, I would get it disabled in the ECU and consign the cables and motor to the parts bin.
