Apparently the Dept for Transport is proposing forecourt labelling of the ethanol content of fuel from September 2019. The intention is to encourage drivers to opt for fuels which contain higher proportions of biofuel to reduce Co2 emissions, however it could also be useful for those of us with bikes fitted with plastic tanks. I read the pumps were supposed to be labelled already but of course none were when I checked, it would be useful...
