  1. will this mean any person representing a welsh,Scottish or Irish constituency cant be on the cabinet or prime minister?

  6. To answer the original question I think the answer would be that they could be in the cabinet or be PM but they would not be able to vote on EL (?).

  7. not much interest in this one? feckit, i will just talk to my self then :smile:. so how can you be on the cabinet or hold a senior position without the daily mail or other undermining your position? you deffo couldn't be a whip or be in any position that has influence. cant see this being workable.
