Late on Wed Night I laced an order online for Rad Guard, Oil Guard and Engine Guard set. I paid the additional 4.95 for next day delivery. Assuming it would be dispatched on Thursday and arrive Friday. Got home last night to no post and being a grumpy bastard was not too happy. I found a number on the website which said you can call up until 8pm so I did. The guy that answered (I assume it routes to his mobile) said 'I am out at the moment, leave me your number and I will call you back' Sure enough, just before 8pm I got a call to say he had checked with the post and it was scheduled for delivery this morning. I then received a text from him to my mobile with the tracking number on it. The items arrived this morning and I am very happy with them. That is what I call customer service! Nice work Evotech.
It seems that excellent customer service is what is missing in the UK. It's unusual to get good treatment rather than the norm.
