I picked up my new multi today and just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service Snell's have provided, it is my second bike from them and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of buying a Ducati. Happy days!
None, just had the second annual service on multi and check a few niggles out. Now out of warranty so weighing up the cost/benefit of swapping in
Hello all, If we in to giving dealers credit i would like to add Riders of Cardiff. px my Versys for 15 plate Mutley on the ride home exhaust valve decided to seize on the Friday, they collected bike on monday and left me with new demo bike. had a nice ride to Cardiff following friday collected mine and free breakfast also they cleaned it again.
Sorry manxxl, but I have to wholeheartedly disagree with you there, I would not recommend them to anyone and I'd hazard a guess that this is the first time you've dealt with them but forgive me if I'm wrong. They are a personable bunch and can be helpful sometimes, but they are also a bunch of incompetents and liars. Don't get me wrong I'm not grinding an axeand I actually enjoy going there for a coffee and to listen to their bullshit, but just speaking as I find. If you want to pm me and I'll give the whole list of incompetence and lies I've had and my mate has had with them and other lads I've spoken too, including one who bought my old Muttly from them, and he now will never buy another bike off them. If other dealers weren't so far away I wouldn't hesitate to use them, but I would never recommend Riders of Cardiff to anyone, but I can't comment about their other branches, and I'm reluctant to try them as they could be more of the same but further away.
