Hello peeps.. I have a 2014 mts 1200s touring. An opportunity has come to get a used leo-vince de-cat with Duce.ee and baffle from a 2014 pikes peak. Will it fit with no problems? as i read somewhere about different bore size. Also can anyone recommend a good end can that will fit it? Thank you
As far as I remember, the Leo Vince decat pipe originally only fits the 2010-2012 Multistrada, not sure about the twin spark but definitely not the DVT. What are you fitting the PP baffle to ? Andy Okay, edit - are you calling the end can a baffle ? Then as Kevlar says you will need to modify the parts.
Should fit no problem, the header dia. Increased by 0.5mm on most! 2014 models, if this has come off a 2014 model then it should fit, failing that you may have to swag/flair the pipe until it fits so go for it. I have the termi stubby on mine and it's awesome
Leovince made two versions of the decat pipe, one to fit 2010 - 2013 models and another to fit 2014 models, only difference being the increase in dia. by 0.5mm on the 2014 version, you can in fact swag the narrower version if needed. Checkout leovince on ebay and you will see this info along with the offering of adjustment if required.
The leo vince will fitt although it is a pig to remove the exhaust. The leo with the original muffler will sound way too hard and sharp. I fitted a spark midcollector with short termi and now it is just right,
