Are these exhaust 'collar' parts easily replaceable? This bolt won't budge. It looks like i'll have to cut it out and chuck the collar, as the bolt itself has probably become welded in situ over time.

A good quality stainless steel exhaust clamp/clip would do and be lower cost IMO.
