Exhaust Valve sticking AGAIN

  1. I have a 848 SF and it has begun to run rough again at low rpm even after a recent service at Ducati. It turns out that the exhaust valve is stuck open again. I have cleaned it some 3 times now and it is ok for some couple of thousand miles. It behaves lovely at low rpm now but it will eventually get stuck open again with the amount of road crap that gets thrown at it. Is there some software that I can get to map it when it is fully open at low rpm so that I can permanently keep it open? or something else?

  2. PM me if you want to know how this can be disabled in the ECU

  3. Well i'd guess it'd only be the same as mapping for a full exhaust change, so yes it should be possible. A power commander with some dyno time would be the most common way, but if you want it spot on beautiful fueling direct from the ECU try CJS racing in bristol. I live a good 2 hour drive from them with well known places closer, but i know if you went there you wouldn't be writing back saying it was too dear, or not right, or you were just a number to them. It's exactly how you want to be treated with none of the fancy showrooms that you know who ends up paying for.
