Has anyone fitted the high level LED brake lights in a Givi top case to a Multi 1200S, 2016. What I want to know is where are the wires for the brake lights to splice into. TIA
I haven't got a Multi now and never had a 2016 but according to the wiring diagram the stop light is on a brown/red wire and the ground is black. The wires connect to the tail light within the tail unit but there is a further plug into the main harness which also includes the indicator and number plate light wires. This is under the seat near to the starter solenoid and fuses (see item 10 in pic below). An LED light should present a fairly small load so hopefully will not affect the Canbus system.
