I found a few dzus fasteners lying about in the garage so decided to fit them to my 848. The three underneath the bellypan were fine. The four 'large' ones that go on the frame tabs were fine ( after running a drill through the original size hole ). The six along the top edge of the side fairings that joins the headlight fairing are going to be replaced with hex head dzus so they will be ok. Has anyone replaced the two 'hidden' ones that are under the headlights, if so what did they use. The tab is small so a normal dzus will not fit. I am also presuming that the bolts that fasten directly to the metal fixed brackets have to be the original bolts ??
