    With, if my memory is right, Van Halen in support.

  2. Hawkwind, with a band called Man in support iirc.

    Hawkwind had Lemmy in the band at the time and a dancer (can’t remember her name) who threw her bra into the audience and I caught it :)

  12. I think the first was Siouxsie and the Banshees, the Guildford Stranglers, or the Boom Town Rats. Busy week that was and the hum lasted a while, though not as long as BOC and Saxon.

    It was fuckin loud!
