V2 Fitting Gb Engine Covers

Just wondering if anyone can answer a question te fitting these. The instructions for the right side as you sit on the bike say you need to remove what they call a dust cover. Basically a plastic cover that sits close to the from of the engine case. The GB cover actually fits with it still on however when lining up the CRC fairing it looks like if I remove the dust cover it’ll give a little more room when fitting. Could see three obvious bolts and one nut but just couldn’t get the top left corner of the cover to release. Just wondering if I’ve missed something. Worse case I’ll have to dremmel a bit of the fairing off around the engine case. Cheers
