Been putting this off, but tomorrow is the day, am I right in thinking the "lip" on the throttle body needs to be removed first, and also if I wish to have the feed on a "switched" basis is the red and white wire to the fuse box the correct one to tap into, Derek on this forum has told me it is but just looking for a second opinion....and Derek if yer reading this no disrespect intended......its an OCD thang......all advice welcome
I fitted the R and G heated grips to my bike via a switched relay.I think the relay was wired into one of the lights,therefore only operated when the bikes ignition was on. I don't remember removing the throttle lip,but then again I am old and forgetful:smile:
