  1. As above gents... Just getting started... Probably won't be straight forward but... Anyone else got an elegant way of refitting the the brake reservoir?...

    I've got a specific mount point on the oem... And... Nothing on the Renthal...

    Cheers to anyone that has a stab...

  2. How about fabricating a bracket secured by the front brake m/cylinder clamp bolt?

  3. Got loads of tools but not a great deal (if any) of fabrication tools....just wondered if anyone had any pics for inspirational purposes....!

  4. the brembo bracket fitted to the superbike range mounts off the brake master cylinder clamp and will solve your problem.
    @nelly can supply them. :)

  5. I’ve just recently fitted Renthal clip ons. I found the best option for mine was to have the res brackets fitted to the end of the clip on bar. Really easy to adjust and a doddle to make. Admittedly, I used the DP clip on bars I had kicking about and left the Renthal bars unused. Just noticed that the Renthal bars don’t have an end cap on the inner side where as the DP ones had an end cap which went a good 15mm deep so it was easy to get a good and strong fixing after drilling and tapping to M6.
    If you had a pair of R&G end weights kicking about, you could cut them down on the shaft before the weight and use them.

  7. Your idea appears to use one of the bar clamp fasteners.
    Not sure of the detail of the way you have done it but unless you have some sort of metal spacer under the face of the reservoir you will affect the clamping force that holds the bar in the fitting.

  8. Nylon end plugs drilled and tapped down the Centre, a hand made stainless bracket to hold reservoir
    I made the same for clutch conversion reservoir also
