A couple of times now I have seen track bikes "propped" up using a bent bar with a T foot fixed to a piece of tubing that goes over a foot peg. No idea if it is a current commercial offering, something from the dim and distant past or something cobbled together Heath Robinson style. Any help appreciated. Andy
Yes, I saw a pair of those when I picked up the forks from Drinky. He also had something a little more basic. Thanks for he link . Andy
Thanks guys, got a Harris version coming. Andy @El Toro, feel free to close this thread at your leisure.
This is the front stand to complement the rears. It goes behind the frame headstock, made by Gubellini so quite likely these are the same ones as used by the DucatI race teams. They also do the footpeg stands as well. Front stands for motorcycles - FG Gubellini
Drinky said he'd knock me up one the the side stad type, similar except just a T at the bottom so you can put over the peg on a track bike and stand it like a sidestand, perfect for returning from track, scrut and getting ready to load
