Ok, I have to admit it, I dont give an fc'k really. Just an observation. Football managers in the Premier League just seem to get older (very) and move around, and around, and around..surely after getting the sack, or leaving by mutual agreement prospective clubs would want a winner? It seems tried and tested, but without winning or really making a positive impact the 'establishment' just walks in to another high paid job. Groundhog day for punters and fans. No names but two 'old men' have done this in the last month. I lost interest many years ago with the money, player transfers etc. but wonder if I am missing something?
Why even watch the actual football, leave alone the soap opera of the management and transfer nonsense?
Get job, do good job, fans moan, get sacked, get huge pay off, repeat. Agreed. Just watch the match, the rest of it is off the scale.
Wish I was an English football manager. I would make sure I got sacked every year and got a great payoff.
This struck me last night after the evening news. Most of them by definition are losers but it doesn't seem to make much difference. Football is crap IMHO.
In truth I only see what is force fed if in the pub, do my best to avoid it. To the extent of meeting the lads after any games have been on as they are avid followers. Bores me rigid these days. Its the merry go round of losers that leaves me baffled though.
