Here is your change to get yourself a bargain. I am about to start a extension to my flat, and the current Victorian shape conservatory of wooden construction has got to go. The original plan was to get it dismantled professionally and try to sell on evil bay. However wanted to see if anyone on here would be interested. I don't want allot for it and and you will need to either arrange for the conservatory to be dismantled and removed or I could arrange it for you at your cost. The conservatory is, 3.5 x 3.5m approx, internal, all double glazing, with double doors, with two windows, painted in white, made of wood. The roof is double glazing glass with UV qualities that will not discolour furniture etc. the wood work was stripped to bare wood by me in 2006 and painted with about 6 layers of paint in total. It's all in very good solid condition and will be a shame to see it go to waste. The only bad point was that it was subjected to a break in and the doors are slightly damaged. I repaired the doors and installed stainless steel kick plate and top plate to strengthen the door. There are still some marks on the door midway where the bastards used a crow bar. I have some pictures somewhere and can take more as requested.
Here is one picture that i have at work. I can take more over the weekend and email them if you wish. PM me your email
This is now on flea bay!! I have 103 watchers 4 people have already contacted me and I bet no-one will buy it!!!! And i'd let it go for not much dough. Conservatory Victorian Style | eBay
Definitely need tie downs (called guy-ropes) for that effing great white tent......... .....and I thought it was a conservatory for sale.....
Sold ours on fleebay, got £350 for it Had it installed back in 2004, but decided we needed a bigger kitchen+living room so it had to go to make space for extension. ... it was the quickest way of turning £6K in to £350 i've ever done :frown:
