heard this in the car this morning. listen through it just keeps getting better and better 1hr47 or 9.47 am :Hilarious: BBC Radio Scotland - Good Morning Scotland, 02/07/2016
yip. strange it was allowed to go that far. but i guess these things need to be exorcised. my retired police mate has hinted at a few story's but nothing like that :Hilarious:
Courts and judges are accustomed to dealing with litigants who range from pains in the arse to raving lunatics. This is commonplace. Lawyers are always happy to take instructions to represent anybody, including nutjobs, provided funds to cover the costs are forthcoming from somewhere. The litigant can put up the cash themselves, or obtain legal aid, or get somebody else to stump up, or the lawyer might take a case on a "no win no fee" basis but only if it looks like a winning case. Cases cost money, and somebody has to pay the bill in the end!
