Anyone know the torque setting for the front disc bolts on a 848? I've scoured my workshop manual and its not in there. cheers matt
1198 manual shows 28 - 32 nm with 'Lock 2' (which I assume is medium Loctite). Can't see that the 848 would be any different from 1198...
Carb SS Manual indicates 25.5Nm with Loctite 242.........but I use 243.... ...and as I have run out of it, I'm tempted to use a tiny drop of 641..but it will have to be a tiny drop otherwise it will mean the blowlamp to get them undone. AL
