Hi there, It will fit both the 1098 and 848. No air filter or ECU. The best thing to do is get it on the bench and reflash your standard ECU, then it will run superB. Buying an ECU is just a waste of money, it will run too rich. After reflash and several runs on the Dyno, @ the rear wheel 156 Hp/124 NM.... Nick
