1200 DVT Fuel Sender Recall

  1. Booked my 2015 DVT in for it's first annual service, and M&S in Newcastle informed me "There's a recall on the Fuel Sender, I'll order one up ready". I'm one of the lucky ones who's had no bother, but I'm not going to turn down the opportunity for an updated, more robust version.

If it ain't broke don't fix it!

  3. It's not a recall, just a note as they come in for service....workshop note or something.
Just had some work done on my PP today and they were talking in Snells.

  4. Plus its also a check to see which part number is already fitted if its the latest version then it doesn't get changed

  5. They're pretty good at keeping on top of things and replacing whatever Ducati will allow … they've had plenty of practice with mine. :)

  6. Last week they exchange my C type sensor for the new 'D' type one.
Suprizingly my mechanic explaned Ducati actually is re-using the sensor of the 2010 version again with a slight modification onto it, making it the best one.... Hmmm
