As I have an Ohlins rear shock for an RS, I decide to try FTR as the Ohlins UK dealer to get it serviced and was impressed that the reference number was recognised straight away and a check carried out to confirm that seals and stuff were in stock. I posted it on the Monday and I had a phone message to say everything was completed and ready for return on the Friday. Paid for it on the following Monday morning over the phone and it was delivered the next day. Price was as quoted and packaged well. You cannot get better than that . Andy
