hi I have a garmin 595 sat nav I am organising a trip next year to Wales so I will be the lead rider I wish to download the routes from my I phone using the MRA app and using smart link app The 595 has connected ok to the smart link as I can receive measagges etc But following the video on the MRA site to show you how to download routes via the smart link My phone doesn't connect so I can't download my routes Is the 595 compatible to do this I have asked the same question on the MRA site just need an answer asap If the 595 is not compatible looks like I will need to up grade Thanks
Sorry but I can't help as I always took routes from MyRoute through Basecamp then via USB download into a Garmin 595
Sorry, not much help here. Prior to getting my XT I ran a 590 and like Steve transferred routes via USB. The XT manages this task with the Garmin Drive app. According to Garmin this isn't compatible with the earlier Zumos.
