Gaschney Hill climb on 13th & 14th July. Location: Gaschney 360 D310, 68380 Muhlbach-sur-Munster, France. Attended this last year and enjoyed it. A pretty laid back club atmosphere where it was possible to watch the event from the top or bottom, traffic being allowed up & down between runs. Quite a few old Ducati’s in the pits plus a good range of other machines. Didn’t cost us anything to camp amongst the trees up top either. Would recommend early arrival to get a good spot. Big tented beer hall, stunning scenery & hill walks. An old, derelict ski lodge provides local, rather ancient facilities! But there is a pub up top offering good food & drink. The Vosges has great riding too with many twists & turns through the pine forests & hills. I’ll be at this event. If anyone else fancies a leisurely ride out to it, camping along the way, then team up with my bro on the black Enfield leaving Newhaven on the Sunday morning boat 8am on 7th.
