Good service/repair workshop in Hertfordshire?

There isn't one in Herts,you can rely on Baines in Silverstone,a nice ride, or Proteam,who will collect and deliver your bike for a tiny charge.Both offer a service for the enthusiasts.You did not tell us what bike you have,this will have a bearing on where to choose.

 

+1 for Baines. I have been using them for years.

 

I live in herts, I just run my bike up to dave wood in Aylesbury. Nearest bloke I trust!

 

AS well as Baines there is also Forza Italia in Silverstone who I hav ealways found excellent. If you want a Ducati dealer to do the work think about St Neots Motorcycles. I took the Trouble`s Monster there recently and they were friendly, efficient and helpful. Not too expensive either but only went there as her bike was coming up to 2 years old and still under warranty. I know none of them are in Hertfordshire , must be gap in the market you`d think?

 

There was one in Herts, now franchise has been removed,say no more.

 

What a dog of a place that was. For dealer services I have started using JHP, by no means local but 95%plus able to supply parts off the shelf and provide a good quality of workshop to back things up. The downside? I keep going in there and spending my hard earned. Not very local to Herts. but worth considering.

 

Sure was a dog of a place,now have a baine in the neck from the fab ride up to silverstone.In short listen to the good recommendations that keep coming up time and time again here and you will not go far wrong.For what its worth when i buy a ducati,i am much happier to see bainews type names on the service book than most ducati franchised dealerships.
