Grease nipples

    how often and what type of grease or substance do I use on my break and clutch nipples

  2. Hi Dids, I'm not sure which bike you have but are you talking about the items that look a bit like grease nipples on the brake and clutch master cylinders that are part of the brake and clutch levers on the handlebars and also the nipple on the side of the clutch slave cylinder?
    If you are these are not grease nipples they are bleed nipples used for bleeding air out of the hydraulic systems.

  5. It could be a wind up or a bloke who's learning about bike maintenance. I hope its not a wind up cos, if so, I've been done up like a kipper:eek:
