Fellow members, Forgive me for posting this thread, not finding the Guzzi forum very helpful and i cant post a thread as im not a PAID up member. I am in need of yr help as i am at my wits end re my Guzzi fuel pump, Its def not working as there is no sign of life when i put on the ignition, and i have connected it directly to the battery, so its dead. Problem is the price of a Bosch replacement, its eye watering. The current one, sits in a rubber housing and is mounted to the frame, but i cant find a cheap alternative for love or money. The current one is made by Pierburg and has the no's 7.21287.03 stamped on it, but i cant seem to find it anymore or an alternative. Any idea's how to replace it relatively cheaply as im selling the bike. 2001 V11 Sport. Al advice greatly appreciated.
