The later lamp with twin side lamp facility. Perfect condition. There is a little fogging inside the glass. Just needs bulbs removing and a long cotton bud. If I find 2 minutes it may even be done by time it goes. It is going on e-bay in a week or so but forum members get first shout. Without the fees etc of paypal and ebay it can go for £185 including postage to UK. Please PM if interested.
£185?? Maybe a bit salty IMO, I bought a spare clean one for £80 in the summer. Good luck with the sale tho....
Both thanks for your advice. Just double checked my market research (Fle bay) which is where it is going if no one here is interested. As at today with the search I used I got the following range - £165 through to £225. So am still happy being mid range. You both got a bargain by the looks of it along with many others hopefully - If they are sat in your garage gathering dust I'll buy them of you for £100 (will need a picture before commiting though). Thanks Madas - wouldn't part with mine all the time I have bike it goes on but probably wiser to invest in perspex covers. I keep missing them on £B and too lazy to make a pair - I even have a pair of curved offcuts in the right gauge perspex so no excuse really.
Thanks for that. As a frequent seller on the bay, I would gauge how many are selling at the top end £££ and how long to shift them. As they say, its only worth what folk are willing to pay!
Chris - thanks, srad34 - agreed. Ebay is a wonderfull thing though with the Corporate tax avoidance, high(ish) fees and the way it is turning in to a buy it now site rather than an auction site it is loosing its appeal. Roll on some other site that is an improvement but until then
