Large volume, horse shoe shaped air bag that protects the chest, collarbone and supports and restricts movement of the neck and also has a permanent, hard back protector. The vest is approximately 4 years old, is in good order, no rubs, scuffs or rips, has a replaceable gas canister (costs about £18) and an attachment cord. From memory, the bag has been functioned once during a zero mph step off drop. Love them or hate them, the vest offers a high level of protection, does not need to be returned to factory to fit a new gas canister and is not restricted to a number of deployments.
