  1. Hi just got my 1200s and i am over moon with it , what a bike , changed from a KTM 990 sm and all i can say is the bikes are chalk and cheese. The Multi offers so much as a bike which suits my needs , i ride one up in wales and also the Pyrennese and cant wait until next month to take the 1200 to Spain.
My other bike is a Triple Black BMW R1200gs which is used for trips to Europe with the wife as no bike, (even the Multi) comes close for the Alpine roads , two up ,that is, with 2 weeks luggage.
I am glad that now i have two bikes which tick all the boxes.
Thanks Ducati - well done :upyeah:

    Ps Great site.

  7. Welcome to the forum Stick.....wish I'd been able to afford to keep my GS12 as well as the MTS12, ideal setup, plenty of guys have done major Euro tours inc Alpine riding 2up with luggage on the MTS12, you'll be surprised how capable it is (an upgraded 100Nm rear spring is available for those that need it ;-)

Look forward to seeing you in the Multistrada section of the forum......put yourself on the map: http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f6/multistrada-owners-maps-490/ ;-)
....and enter your bike details in your Profile :D
