When the amazon driver states 'handed to resident' at a tesco superstore instead of using the locker system. A giant cluster fuck emerges seemingly allowing me to recieve replacement books or money back?! I don't want to help or ignore disgusting criminal activity & instead interview & look into the character of drivers you use. How about the company stops drivers been thieves & remedies the system they supposedly endorse & check the courior criminal record or allocate one to them! rant over but not this debacle I am placed into
