Help Deciphering Ebay Message From Seller?

  1. I asked what the engine spec was and when it was built, the reply:

    "1175 the engine 36mm carbs from built raffle 2000ml"

    What does it mean - he is from South of the M4 so need a Cockenery Translator perhaps? Please help:)
