Hi folks, just joined having finally realised a life long dream of getting a Ducati. I've had sports bikes, supermotos and naked street bikes in my youth and after a lay off for a while got back into biking 3 years ago with a Vstrom 650. Finally gave in to my nagging desire and bought a 2012 Multistrada 1200S touring last week. Can't believe how much power this thing has, big grins!
Any town that starts with Newton is usually shite. I served my apprenticeship in a town called Newton Aycliffe. Gotta be the worst town in Britain. I got good at fighting I suppose. Every pub you walked in some wanker wanted a pop.... I think I rolled outa town within 72 hours of finishing my apprenticeship. Needs carpet bombing.... And welcome by the way
I mved from nitten in approx 1973ish. Straight to hong kong. Step dad was RN. Been back once or twice. Fifth St is my home.
