I retired last year and sold the Hypermotard and traded in my ninja for a new 1200 Monster. What a great machine, since I have fitted a scotoiler, Matris steering damper, Denali sound bombs These sound like lorry horns. Unlike the goose fart of the oem horn. Latest addition delkevic end can and link pipe, great value at £189. Looks and sounds great, and a 15 minute fit, also the engine breaths a lot better. Also went to the festival Italia at brands this year (3rd time) if you get your application in early enough. You get in free as a display bike and can do the parade lap around the circuit.

Jack All things Italian, cars, bikes, food etc. usually mid August, check the Brands hatch website. plenty of car racing, F1 display on track, loads of classic cars and bikes, Bimota, Laverda, MV Agusta etc. You can apply as a display bike which gets you inside for free, there is a display parade at the end of the day, for bikes then cars. This year was my 3rd time, always a great day out.
