A dealer fairly local to me has a 2004 999S with 28K miles on the clock, full history In quite nice condition, he must be struggling to sell it cos he's reduced the price 2 or 3 times in as many months... bike looks like its been looked after but relatively high mileage so safe buy or not?.
Not worried, not really looking at buying, just wondered what a well serviced testastretta motor should be good for before serious issues start arising.
It’ll quite happily run for a lot more miles than that. Should be sweet as a nut, as always a caring owner will go a fairway to ensuring it’s longevity.
