If it was registered in September 1980 it won’t qualify until next year unfortunately https://www.gov.uk/historic-vehicles
MB5’s were restricted. Back then if you wanted faster you bought AP50’s or FS1E’s where I lived, I opted for an AP50 my mate had a TS50 his restricted to 30mph. Never seen a Black version, most popular seemed to be the MT5 back then. My partner worked at Speakies in Willenhall back then. GLWS
At 16 had an AP50 that ate all Fizzies for breakfast. With my red Dr Martens, Wrangler jacket & Barry Sheene t.shirt I was unbeatable!
50cc mate. Unless you’re only riding around the new London congestion areas, as useful for commuting as a hummer.
i dont know... i used my ex's 50 cc vclik for a few weeks to get to work and had a blast! tapped out everywhere and taking to the footpath when i had to!
I had a MBX-50 not sure what the difference between the 2 was, MBX had the big bike feel but god was it slow. Fortunately it got nicked so upgraded to a Kawasaki AR50. They were the good old days.
