I can release the right side of the cap with a small flathead screwdriver but can't figure out how to release the left. Anyone had this problem?
With the left side cap release clip blocked the way I just managed to release it was with a dental pick I happened to have in my toolkit randomly. Not fun and am bleeding a bit now! Thanks Givi - nice engineering.
Well that was a right PITA but it looks somewhat neat and there's at least a 1 in 20 chance that I got the wiring right. Hopefully the bike part of the wiring is going to be more straightforward in the morning.
