how much less would it be worth

  1. Evening,

    Just after some friendly advice as I plan to return to become a Ducati owner again! How much less would a 1098 or 1198 be worth with (sorry to say) Pattern fairings?? Chinese ones in fact.. been offered 1 & not sure if its a bargain or not...

    I'm guessing it will be less but how much less & any views on it would be great? Good Idea or Bad

  4. And, of course, why has it got replacement faring's, crash damaged? Raced? What other things have been replaced with cheap Chinese stuff? Not slagging it, just something to consider.

  5. Mileage is is 5.5k, guess has been tracked, up for £6600, which sounds decent I guess price wise... 2008 1098

  8. I think 5k for a track bike is about right unless it has lots of extras
    Seen good nick 1098s road bikes with termis go for just over 6k
