how to adjust chain multi 1000

  1. can someone talk me through how to adjust my chain on my old multi 1000 have no manual cheers:biggrin:

  5. Slacken the two 14mm A/F bolts and grasping the Sprocket/chain guard with both hands try to rotate to achieve the tension.
    Retighten the 14mm A/F (across flats)bolts carefully ...nip 1 then 2 now tighten to torque 1 then 2 then 1 again as tightening 2 will have affected 1
    Much easier with big C spanner though
    tension should be achieved whilst on side stand
