I currently find myself with two hypers: a 2012 796 and a 2009 1100s. I am probably going to flog the 796 but was keen to swap the final drive between the two first as the little bike has a brand new fancy gold chain on it... I know I ought to be able to work this out for myself, but can anyone confirm what the standard chain pitch and gearing is on these two models? I think, it's: 796 15/41 gearing and 104 link 525 chain 1100S 15/42 gearing and 104 link 525 chain Oh, and I think the front sprocket designs are slightly different because of the retaining screws on teh smaller later model, but not the bigger/older one.
