I'd kill for an old flattanker with hand gear change and leather belt drive. But then I'd probably have to, cos I ain't never gonna have enough money to buy one:frown:

 

I've toyed with selling my track bike to help fund a Vincent so i know where you're coming from. Trouble is the older and closer I get to doing it, the further away they seem to get.

I very nearly got a ride on a Vinnie. One of my former bosses had one, and said he'd bring it down for me to have a go on, but one of my colleagues suggested I wouldn't ride it sympathetically and he bottled out. I had to wait til I quit my job before I could punch that 'colleague', but it was worth the wait.
