i know there are a few ian banks fans on here so i thought you might be pleased to know there will a two part t.v drama of stone mouth on bbc next week, Monday up here Thursday doon there.
I'm a big fan of Ian Banks, although I didn't think Stonemouth was up to his usual standard, I will give it a go though.
That was Gordon you fool, Ian Banks was Barnsleys midfield general in the early 80's he had one of the most powerful shots around
deffo, all the best Scottish story's come from the Scottish. although i wish i could remember the t.v film based on two fellas from 17hundreds touring the islands where the english fella new more about the local history than the locals. robbie coltrain was in it. quite a humorous tail
fin, me old bampot, would you consider amending the title of the thread to reflect our man's name as it should be spelled? I wouldn't normally take issue with spelling but I am getting messages from the Sublimed Races that Mr Banks is none too pleased.
Maybe he is solely interested in his personal greed is prepared to fiddle rates and charges for his own gain....oh you mean his first name..........
obviously i aint as bright as yer good self, but bright enough not to work for the pittance you guys get ether. cant help it if you get paid yer worth in this life.
Not a clue. Mind you, if you gave me the name of the story, I still wouldn't know what you're talking about. It's that accent of yours ...
Ah yes, I remember that one ... "Here! I found a grey piece of rock!" "Look over here! I found a grey piece of rock too!" "Gosh! Don't they look similar!" "And here! Another one!" ...
